Day to day operations focus on improving our quality of service while continuing to serve a higher volume of clients. Some of the new directions for patient care, program participants and employee wellness include extended hours and more developed programs in our gym area. We are continuing to find new and innovative ways to use our kitchen area with cooking demonstrations and education in healthy eating.
RMCHCS and the Wellness Center are aware of the need to support our providers and professional staff with ways to reduce burnout and stress. The Wellness Center is currently collaborating with interested health care providers to support and restore energy needs in our patients and in the workplace by rejuvenating their mind, body and spirit through mainstream methods as well as alternative practices.
